the new ferry fare increase and now changes to route via Disneyland are kind of super anoying plus a lot of small defects i found keep coming out in the unit i rent, you can inform the landlord due to these inconvieniance and shortcoming he should consider reducing the rent by 1,000 a mont effective immediately, i had terrible problems in the cold period to keep the flat warm due to bad insulation wasted energy my bill was 3 x more compared to my old flat to last winter! If he does not agree i wont renew the lease !
The aircons cant keep the temperature stable and are really noisy cant run them at night too loud, and the water pipes are defective each time you open a tap a knocking noise starts the management knows about this defect. So its either rent down now or i am out!

真心麻撚煩.....無一樣野係業主要負責...BTW 我大執完先俾佢, 做好業主責任 (換左新分體冷氣, 全爆厠所, 地板全舖...小子都係D有要求的人)
不過好來好去, 1000我又唔太志在....如果佢一炮過俾哂咪OK 囉, 少事
We have well received the email from X and discussed on the issue.
Basically, nearly all residential properties are not perfect (even first-hand) and we have fully demolished and rebuild the toilet and the floor tiles, as well as changing the defected air conditioning to ensure the condition of the flat is competitive and in its best condition available to the tenant (also the professional cleaning services to service tenant's request). We believed we did our best to provide the best condition to the tenant.
For the ferry price and route, as well as the price of the electricity caused by the poor insulation of the properties, we believed that the temperature of Lantau Island is a bit lower in the rural areas and it is not under our control.
However, as a courtesy, I fully understand the issue and I am okay to accept HK$1,000 rent reduction provided that the tenant could pay up the rent for the remaining period. Current rental price of Flat B of the same block is HK$ XXXXX/month and I believed the renewed rent is competitive across the market and factored in the potential costs and inconvenience caused to both parties.
Could you please help to convey the message to the tenant for his consideration.
注: 呢家條租(未減前)都平左15%, 如果佢呢一刻出去租, 一定係殘裝, 仲要暑假旺季, 仲要俾多半個月AGENT 錢加搬運錢
其實如果玩賤格, 即刻俾佢走, 包佢更加頭痕, 不過小子怕煩, 同埋1000蚊真係唔係太MATERIAL, 是L旦啦

問左AGENT, 佢原來係港島搬過來, WELL, 其實港島條租邊L度有得比, 實呎600, 海怡都要25K 以上, 仲要殘裝, 唔好講西環
